WEB ORDER RETURN POLICY
For all online purchases at manoucheshop.com, Manouche gladly accepts returns of full priced merchandise for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Sale merchandise, beauty, and fragrance cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by Manouche.
REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To qualify for a store credit, return authorizations must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order, and items approved for return must be received by Manouche within 7 days of RA approval date. To request a return or exchange please email kimshimkus@hotmail.com with your order number and a description of the item being returned.
Please note if there is an item you would like to exchange for, or if you would like to keep a store credit on file. Store credits expire 1 year from date of issue.
Return requests for eligible items will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization number (RA#), generally within 24 hours, or the following business day.
Print confirmation email with your RA# and include with your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Manouche, 146 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park IL 60301, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
